8 sweet crowd-pleasers

In fact, it was supposed to be seven.
Seven is a good, strong, laid-back number. I like seven.
But no. It was impossible.
So, here's eight desserts that seem to hit just about everybody the right way.
Ultimate Chocolate Chip Cookies - they are, hands down, the best chocolate chip cookies. Huge, crispy, chewy and soft-centered. Everybody loves them. I mean everybody.
Blueberry & Coconut Cloud Cake - Moist, soft butter cake, blueberries, coconut and yummy frosting.
Tom Petty Peanut Butter-Pretzel Truffles - Sweet and salty and chocolatey. The best way to eat peanut butter.
Peach Cakes with Ginger-Cream Cheese Icing - Crispy, golden, moist little Bundts dotted with juicy peaches.
Brown Sugar Chewies - Dried Apple-Cinnamon or Dried Plum-Pecan - Super chewy brown sugar cookie bars. It's kind of crazy how much people like these.
Coconut Crunch Cookie-Candy - Buttery, crunchy, coconutty and covered in chocolate. Super addictive.
Butterscotch Blondies - Moist, with deep butter and caramel notes, they're perfect squares for butterscotch lovers.
Lemony Cream Butter Cake - Light lemony cream cheese filling and soft butter cake. The "crowd" will be more than pleased.
